Taking and handling the samples

The replacement of a sample is a huge laboratory mistake which is not forgiven by the management of Konzilijum. All the employees are aware of this fact, and the taking of a sample is organised in the way that the possibility of such a mistake is absolutely excluded.

Konzilijum has its own Laboratory Information System (LIS). Each sample gets its exceptional identification number after being put into LIS. Using special LIS programme enables simple and very efficient supervision of the working process. The system has also the advantage of offering the efficient handling the high priority samples (urgent requests, unstable parametres, parametres taken under special conditions, etc.).

The process is defined by the procedures and instructions as the part of the quality management whose director is Snezana Mladenovic, Physics and Chemistry Specialist.
